4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

joy9 bangladesh offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.

For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games.
• The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts or from the same device, all bonuses may be forfeited.

4.3 VIP and Cashback Programme

joy9 bangladesh's VIP programme has four levels: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on net losses. For example, a Gold member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet has been finally confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the user. However, in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds being displayed, or an event being cancelled, joy9 bangladesh reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake.

5.2 Odds Changes

Published odds may change at any time. A bet will be settled at the odds that were displayed at the time the bet was confirmed.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using betting bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Claiming bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of dishonest activity is prohibited.

5.4 Live Betting

12 Applicable Law
